Like all Moogerfooger pedals, the Moog MF-104M analog delay pedal gives you freedom to create out-of-this-world delay effects with that classic Moog vibe. The MF-104M is an all-analog delay pedal, using the classic bucket brigade analog circuit for up to 800 milliseconds just like the original MF-104 delay. This version gives you way more sound-shaping potential, though, thanks to six LFO waveform types, full MIDI functionality, and an insert point to add external effects processing to the delayed signal. Long story short, the original MF-104 delay is one of the most coveted analog delay pedals out there - and you get even more sonic goodness from the Moog MF-104M analog delay pedal. Moog Moogerfooger MF-104M Analog Delay Pedal at a Glance:
Loooooong delay times and built-in spillover function The Moog MF-104M boasts a long delay time of 800 milliseconds, and you can even go beyond that with a clever trick (use the tap tempo function to tap in the longest delay you can in the "short" delay mode, then switch over to "long" delay mode). And thanks to the built-in spillover function, you can choose whether your delays decay naturally or cut out abruptly when you turn the effect off. Tap tempo Guitarists and keyboardists have come to expect a tap tempo feature on delay effects, and the Moog MF-104M analog delay doesn't disappoint. The really cool thing is that tap tempo can be assigned to either delay time or to the LFO section - that means you can set up lots of short repeats with a long, slow LFO, half-note repeats with eighth-note modulations, or any other creative combination of delay time and modulation speed. External effects insert Hey, if the delay effect is cool, then adding effects to your delay effect is even cooler! The Moog MF-104M lets you insert external effects pedals or processors into the delayed signal path for even more creative potential. Add an overdrive pedal to give your delay some grit, or pass the delays through a sweeping phaser for a wonderfully watery sound. Your dry guitar tone won't be affected by the extra effects at all, making your unique sonic combination even more distinct. Ready for external control With full MIDI functionality and CV control over all primary functions, the Moog MF-104M is perfect for real-time tweaking. Run your guitar signal through the MF-104M, and let your keyboardist twist and turn your tone via MIDI control. Or use it in your DJ rig as a primo-sounding analog delay that you can control and automate via your host sequencer. The MF-104M sounds fantastic on its own as a standard delay effect, but the fun really begins when you start "playing" the effect using external controllers.
